Add mlb_daybreak if waypoints exist?

People keep voting it in Discord. Want a real yes/no from map team.

I will check the ETL package list. No waypoints = no pub add.

Comp pool stays frozen. Pub can experiment.

Daybreak was fun in 2011. If files are clean +1.

If engie builds softlock on that map, skip. I still remember.

Waypoints incomplete. Parked. Not adding half-broken stuff.
