Best cheap SSD for a pub machine

Building a second box for recording demos. Not a gaming flagship.

Any decent NVMe is fine. ET does not care. OS install time does.

I still run SATA and refuse to feel bad.

Avoid no-name brands that die in six months. Paid twice already.
