Bots softer when pop under 8?

New player feedback. Not a demand. Asking.

Already softer on low pop. If still nasty, map name + time.

Empty-server bots are practice tools not sadists. Usually.

I leave bots on when I am alone. Good warm-up.

As long as they do not plant better than our pubs. Fine.
