Game suddenly starts to look bad after respawn

Somehow it only happends on Tsuru Reef always and sometimes on Eastwood. After respawn all starts to look "pixelated" and unsharp. I tried to low my graphics but it doesn't help so I guess its not a PC problem. I can play for an hour without respawn and everything fine but the moment I respawn the PS3-styled filter turned on. Any ideas why it happends and how to fix it?
