Is anybody else still missing their items? I remember completing all of the challenges in the open beta, yet I still don't have anything.
I tried dealing with this through customer support (anybody who has experience with EA customer support knows my pain) and they didn't help me at all. They said that they can't grant items because they don't have the authority to do that. This was after a lot of wasted time when they could have told me that in the very first message after reading my issue. What a joke of a company.
I have no idea how to reach somebody who actually CAN help me. Any ideas?
