I picked this game up a few weeks ago and have been really enjoying it. After the patch today, 7/30/26 I get an error saying that EA Anticheat detected an incompatible driver. I have an EVGA 3090ti, and I use EVGA X1 to manage my GPU. Never had an issue before. Now suddenly evga/kernel/driver-x64.sys causes the game to quit out.

im getting the same problem. Like itll stay for a minute or so and then itll shut down the game
i also just got this been playing since launch and many other BFs only work thru i found is to uninstall it cause it still reads the drivers even when the program isnt running which is bull 100% there is no update on evga percision x1 its still 1.3.7 and hasnt changed in a while so its def a ea side, hopfully there will be a fix but i wouldnt hold my breath knowing ea
but will it save my progress?

evga/driver-x64.sys is outdated and has security vulnerabilities.
Uninstall precision and switch to MSI afterburner
There's a workaround. Just change the file name to driver-x64.sys.old

yeah i got this today as well....i have not used it in years and was only on my system to update firmware.....uninstalled it and played for 3 hours after words with no issues....
afterburner works if you were running a custom fan curve and voltage offset BUT you must turn off all the monitoring options for it to not cause crashing....it will still work and keep temps, under voltage and offsets running right even with all monitoring turned off

yeah there was a update today over the program being used to inject things at kernel level......i had it on my system since i built it in 2020 and today was the first time it popped up......
I forgot about precision x1 i used to have an evga card, now I don't. I had this issue today same error. I deleted precision x1 and no more error works perfectly. Something with that app caused issues with the anti cheat.
