Allow us to set the "custom matchmaking" to exclude certain map mode combonations.

For example when matchmaking the game would look for Breakthrough Seige of cairo but not conquest seige of cairo.
While also I would be able in the same custom matchmaking be able to look for conquest hagental base but not breakthrough hagental base.
