Vehicles are way too overpowered

Either vehicles need a nerf in damage/health, or engineers need to be reworked. OR have rockets actually do damage to vehicles.....it's extremely obnoxious when someone sits in a tank the entire game, never dying because no one can destroy the tank because they are either an engineer that retreats and repairs the vehicle themselves or they have someone with them constantly repairing it.....you need multiple people to destroy one vehicle with rockets/mines, unless you're a recon with C4. Vehicles are seriously unbalanced
