Toxic People

Why would someone start insulting his team/squad because they can't defend/attack properly and loss a sectors in Breakthrough mode? He started to insult family, sister and even religious xD!
It is a game, chill.
Also, I reported him and received an email from EA telling me that no action has been made and you can mute/block him, really?
