Less than a handful in my 100 odd hours of playing.
Most people who think cheaters are a widespread problem just can't cope with their own skill issues.
A lot. or its terrible net code and hasn't been fixed in 8 months. Very terrible game. Redsec is all cheaters.
I wouldn't say a lot. I've run into around 20 or so since release that I got confirmation emails from EA after reporting them for cheating.

In base game maybe 2 in over a 1000 hrs, in redsec prob 5+ in 170hrs.
I've played almost 900 hours and I've run into 2. These were during season 1 during the free week. Every shot was a head shot. 50 cal across the map head shot kind of thing. The rest of the suspected cheaters are probably netcode issues from high ping players or pc vs console where I get hit with 4 bullets all at once so it feels like 1 or 2 bullets.

Was in a lobby with a lvl 8900 or so player just now. Guy didn't die once and had ~30 kills in breakthrough attackers. I didn't even know the ranks went that high. I didn't even notice until the end of the round. Pretty amazing gamer chair.

Na thats bot mode Lvls , no way possible even 24/7 since release to hit that lvl. seen them lately, their name starts with a G and has a + at the end of name( super laggy player!!) Seen them alot in breakthrough past few days.
I'd guess it's a vpn user with hundreds of ping without their vpn, or they are just crappy wifi lmao.

Some, but not that many. Hope for Spec Mode soon to get sure. I think many players Cheat in this game, whit soft aim + WH. Not so mutch like hartcore aimbot.
Conquest is flooded with cheaters, almost every single match. The percentage is low, because of 64 players in a match total. There are usually at least 2, but more often around 4 cheaters every single match. Top fragging always. Private steam profiles, low levels, seeing through walls and looking just the right direction before they kill you. Its pathetic and so obvious.
You get people doing a 180 as soon as you're in their FOV and headshotting you. Doesn't matter where you come from. Jumping, Bunny Hopping and sliding with LMG's and getting all headshots without any bullet spread. The game is a joke and the developers are a bigger joke.

Lucky guy. This happens all the time on asian servers. A good match without cheaters is rare. I constantly see my teammates aiming at the enemy through walls, and they're aiming without even seeing! It's clearly a wallhack. The same thing happens the other way around – they shoot prefire at a player, through obstacles, without line of sight.
Dice, where are the normal servers where you can play in the region you want?
No hackers yet. A couple suspicious folk but if they were hacking, they weren't exactly a disruptive force in the game.
I've seen more people use the cannister shell exploit to be honest.

That's exactly my experience in BF1. I reinstalled it and played a few hours, initially was good, I played on unusual hour, so it was pretty fun.
But Sunday afternoon is like prime time for cheaters, all these weekend warriors come fight with their aimboosters and wallhacks.
It's so freaking obvious when you played BF games for years, that they use some form of "aimassist", "magic bullets", and see you in places where they shouldn't. When you played BF games for years you can simply spot that, and distinguish a skill, lucky shots, and freaking cheaters.
It's ridicules how helpless EA is with fighting cheaters, or they simply don't care. I wish there were major ban waves like in other games to clear the servers from this cr@p.
