Bandwidth, Packet Loss And Rubberbanding occurs

I am raging so bad, I paid 35 dollars for this and it doesnt even let me play properly. I tried everything including ethernet. But still my character microteleports and rubberbanding occurs. I have spent my 12 hours to download this scam and this is what I get. Please, if anybody knows a fixation, please share it with me.
-I only have this problems on BF2042 and BF6, not any other games
-I am connected to wifi router with ethernet (Turk Telekom 35 Mbps)
-I made EA ping test on cmd, results are clean.
-I edited my laptop's DNS to Cloudflare 1.1.1.1
-My laptop is Asus Tuf Gaming a15 fa507nvr 32 gb ram 1 tb ssd rtx 4060 w11 pro amd ryzen 7 series

Do you have friends who have no issues. I have some packet loss due to being on starlink.

Isn't Starlink a good internet provider? Yes I have. Literally everyone who owns it. I don't understand man

Have you tried to flush your Dns?
Use cmd as admin and type ipconfig /flushdns
Then press enter.
Also good thing todo go to appdata/local/bf6/cache/ delete whats in here then launch game see if same or fixed.

Im getting this too on new season, didnt have this issue before. Its not on my end. look into it.
