Hack report: No footstep audio

Hey devs, my team was stacked together and an enemy team ran up to shotgun range with no audio. None of us heard anything.
As my ally was getting a redeploy nearby he proned on the opposite side of the res tower. The enemies were able to get on top of him with no audio again.
They were sus for other reasons, but the no audio was unique so I figured I'd put it on your radar.
Btw, I'm not the kind of person who thinks the game audio is generally bad, its one of the most reliable in any BR I've ever played.

The audio in the game is atrocious. It's been nearly a year with 5 different audio fixes that have brought zero noticeable fixes.
Footsteps are literally inaudible sometimes.
I've also ran around corners, only to have a tank at full speed coming right at me with zero audio.
I've been killed with tank shells, rockets, and arty, with zero audio too.
Had a jet fly directly into me, no audio as well.
