Anyone else have issues with EXP boosters?

So i've been saving for awhile now, since S1. I decided to start popping them off a couple days ago. Normally, when you use it, it shows it as activated up top yes?
I redeemed an hour, nothing. Did it again, nothing. Was confused, so I closed the game, relaunched, no XP boosters active. Okay, maybe a glitch. Activate another, 15 minutes I think, nothing.
At this point, I was like "alright all in mfers" and burnt em all. Nothing, no added time. I know i'm not crazy, as in the past it would show XP boosts as "active" and now, it says nothing.
Anyone else experience this? Sucks pretty hard that all my boosters just went to the void.
