Whats the masterplan

So, here we are. The game was announced with a big "best battlefield ever" and "we are listening to our community". There were the typical BF starting issues with the netcode, for whatever reason added spread, sliding and jump-sliding...
I understand that it might had something to do with the declining CoD Franchise and the fact, that the genre itself gets less popular over the last decade. So called "sweats" or other semi-good to good players are causing the casuals to leave. And even I myself, calling myself a good player, am now at the brink of leaving this franchise forever.
I am sitting at a solid K/D of around 5.4 ; playing across multiple modes, mainly as a support guy. I dont have to hide behind a "maybe I should get good before complaining".
This game good worse. Game modes, which defined the battlefield games, are getting removed - temporary? Doesnt matter. Removing rush was an arrow to the knee. Netcode got improved, yet here we are still getting shot behind the corner or tanking sniper headshots while standing absolutely still for over 3 seconds, even seeing blood from my perspective after getting "phantom hit". Why is it possible to alter your own connection, making it worse and having a mechanism protecting you from players with good connection?
Players and even streamers are still promoting the jumpslides and using them like one would see in Warzone and other trashmodes. This is battlefield, not parcour Dying Light. If something explodes, I wanna feel a punch - there is no punch left. Some of the guns which were there at launch are still unplayable due to being outmatched way too hard.
Why on earth was a Battle Pass a better idea than launching paid DLCs like in BF3? I would rather pay 20 bucks on a DLC, introducing 3-4 guns AND maps, gadgets and maybe a new melee skin and even if you bought it, you had to complete challenges to get them. Not just play and get them once you earned some score. Oh wait - the score you have to earn is partially locked behind random challenges which force you out of your playstile.
This game had the potential to be a good successor from BF3. Some ideas like Operation Auger were very nice additions - but they get removed also. Why?
Why is half the game built around skins which look like a blend from all the other franchises?
I want to play battlefield, where there are soldiers. Not some fanboys straight out of gucci shops. I get it that the younger generations need stuff like this to feel attached and entertained, but what about the others feeling the need for a good battlefield game? Are a few hundred shouting gamers who might even be highly competitive and a few streamers worth more than thousands of players leaving the game?
I know its about money, thats how our global economy works. But I dont see the big picture anymore, just the small exit sign which is getting bigger with every update.
Fix jumpslide. Remove it. Make sliding less rewarding for heavy/long guns, maybe by introducing serious punishments like a time of 0.x seconds until the slider can shoot again after sliding stopped. Remove the ping protection. Stop the battle pass immediatly and work on a 4 map DLC. You WILL get your money there, if the players come back due to issues being fixed and returning to your promises and the roots of battlefield.
Or continue to try random stuff without proper communication.
