Trigger Stuck bug with Xbox 1 Controller through Steam

Before the last update I never had an issue where my trigger got stuck firing without any input. Apparently it was an issue in earlier patches but seems to be back. I only have my Xbox 1 controller connected through Steam and almost once per day the game input recognizes that something is holding the trigger down. Unplugging kbm doesnt work. Other inputs are unplugged, and at times unplugging my controller doesnt stop it, making the game literally unplayable
WTF is this bs DICE? Terrible QC as usual. Sure could use all those developers you fired.
