We used to, back in the day, when the community management was the responsibility of the community, not corporate. My old clan had two BF2, and one BF2142 INFANTRY ONLY servers. They were quite common and quite popular...back when THE COMMUNITY decided such things.

The modern Dice design is incredibly lackluster. The maps are chock-full of Vehicles. They've simply sh***ed every map with it!
