Hey peeps. Does anyone feel like theres something not quite right with the games since S4 started. The gun play, hit reg, netcode and the 100
% console to PC desync feels much worse.
Im an average player I PTo so my kd is not great i sit about 1/8 to 2.0 most matches. but in S4 im sitting at 1.4 kd and cant hit anything game fees strange.
Anyone else? I just cant put a finger on it.
Yes it's bad, hit detection is way off. The servers are constantly rubber banding. I hate to say it but Amazon Servers are the worst. They are always having issues.

Truth, no competitive shooter should be using Amazon servers. They are constantly attacked by hackers and go down all the time...
It's felt off ever since it came out of beta. My bullets get deleted mid-air. Everry other round out of my gun is a blank. But it makes sense that the guy I just got ten hitmarkers on on-shots me. It'd be one thing if this was random and rare, but it's almost every gunfight. I think it's done intentionally.

yeah doesn't feel quite as fluid as it use too.
Getting on this game and expecting a competitive experience is just wrong. Getting on to troll, exploit OP guns and play with friends is the only way to have fun
yea its really bad... the nerf to the svk wasnt needed at all now its so hard to make the shots.. its very frustrating.
Thats the gun i use mostly but now i am seeing others complain that their go to weapons arnet performing right either.

Agreed. They have found a way to make this a great game for console players, and ruin it all for pc players. No wonder the game has lost so many and not regaining. You would think there would be a real fix in place by now.

I am taking a break from S4 as well, I play on ps5 and xbox.
Its desync, and it happens from the pov of a console player also. Furthermore using a controller on pc is mor3 effective than console
i'm playing only breakthrough and i flank 90% of the time, play slow and "tactical" move from cover to cover. since s4 flanking just doesn't work anymore. it's like everybody has wallhack. there is always at least one guy who knows excatly where i am...

So many auto spotting mechanisms and gun attachments to automatically spot you. It’s brainless

really? i didn't noticed that in 600h gametime that there are spotting mechanisams? i use suppressor only. op asked if the game feels off. ye that's what feels off for me after 600h. a lot of wh going on.... i can't make 5 steps anymore withoug getting shot. ye it feels off... and it's mostly sub 50 lvl
Feels off because it is off. In S3 i was doing very fine. Now dudes kill me the same moment they see me. And classic, i put half a mag in him with headshots then he turns around and takes me with one shot.
FPS counter reads fine but FPS feels like about 15..............this game is the worst tripple A shooter title ive ever played

Something does feel off, and it might be the wave tech they added, means something else had to give, even in maps that don't have any water
