[BFComms] Strikepoint disabled

We have received reports that Strikepoint is currently encountering several issues, causing the mode to be unstable. While we're investigating what is causing this, we have decided to turn the mode off, as player feedback is indicating that the mode balance is negatively impacting their game experience.
We will bring Strikepoint back as soon as we have a resolution.
