had this problem since yesterday game is unplayable happens every match...

I have to restart the game to fix this, it's happened several times now, playing on Steam Deck via Geforce Now.

It happened to me as well after getting revived.

I'm using a controller and after about 10 minutes the gun start shooting on its own, and i cant sprint, or shoot unless it the glitched shooting on its own. This is very frustrating.

Having the same problem on controller. Only started happening as of the latest update, haven’t found a fix yet

Something on your computer is making the anti cheat think you are using some sort of input cheat. For me, its using the Steam Controller. There is apparently a dual input check for the game and if it flags you, it makes it so every time you go to play you are stuck in a shooting state.
I had to switch back to M/KB for Battlefield

Not for me. When the bug happened I unplugged controller to try and finish round out, and it still continued shooting on its own attempting mouse and keyboard.

Controller layout>Edit Layout>Triggers
Go to the Right Trigger Settings:
Analogue Output Trigger>Output Off
RT Soft Pull>Right Trigger (Keep Full Pull unbound)
