Thanks for reporting this. Could you confirm whether the issue occurs after every respawn or only in specific modes or maps?
If possible, please also share a screenshot or short video showing the horizontal transparent stripes and blurred pixels. Let us know which graphics card and driver version you’re using, and whether changing any display or graphics settings affects the issue.

the problem is on all the maps and modes, and apparently its only if i activated the DLLS 4.0 (quality)
since i turn off everyting works normally, the graphics card i use is a RTX 4070 super with the latest driver 610.88
