How I can try to obtain achievement for BR: duos when there is no available mode? Shouldn't be that achievement removed?

To support matchmaking health and overall experience quality, Solos will rotate with Duos within the playlist structure on a weekly cadence. We’re also exploring ways to better indicate which mode is currently active.

You’re not the only one who has raised this. I’ve heard similar feedback from both Duo and Solo players, where people just want to log in and play the mode they enjoy without having to wait for it to rotate back in.
I’ve already passed that feedback along to the team, and I’ll keep doing that as more players share the same concern. The team will also continue watching the data.

Also please allow us to play with just three players in the squad... We don't mind playing against four player squads; we simply don't want to fill the squad with a random player... please, it's annoying and stupid.

it is really annoying to want to play with my friend and not be able to... both of us bought the game almost day one.. and we only want to play some redsec after some hard work and its really difficult to play duos...

This kind of change may be more complicated than it sounds. If three-player squads are allowed in a four-player squad mode, the matchmaking system would still need to handle the missing slot.
I’ll still note this request for more control over squad fill options and pass it along to the team.

We absolutely want players to have fun with their friends. But if too many queues are active at once, it can affect how players are distributed across different modes, which in turn can affect matchmaking times.
That’s why the team will keep watching the data and feedback before making decisions around mode rotations or permanent playlists.
