Been playing BF again and games have been awesome but notice now a few people who instantly lock on multiple bodies too easily and quickly. Is it that bad?

Welcome to modern aim assist. I use a controller to fly jets/helis since it's more natural from my PS4 days. sometimes after a bail I don't have time to put it down and use KBM again, no issue though cause aim assist in these games is crazy as hell. Not to mention the near nonexistent recoil.
Aim assist definitely wasn't this aggressive in the earlier days. Had the same in CoD, used my controller to try it out myself sometimes and always had no issue getting a good killstreak going. Then boot up an older title and it really does feel less extreme in the "assist" part.

Controller has the same aim assist on all platforms, my dude. That means that PC players get it as well.

I can only play weekends and I hate sitting at my desk for prolonged periods of time so sometimes I'll use my TV as a third monitor and go play on my couch.
But now with season 4 out, I can't do that because for some reason, the game just starts unloading my guns until I unplug my controller and re plug it. Happened 4 times in one match and I just gave up and stopped playing.

You deaf console players just don't seem to get it.
1. If some software (hack, cheat, auto aim, aim assist) helps you aim, that is a cheat.
2. I have no problem with the devs giving cheats to console controllers (More $ for the game = better). I just don't want to be forced to play that way.
3. Before you say, just get a controller...why would I use a substandard (really just ♥♥♥♥) control for FPS? If you want to play with KnM, just get a KnM. Bonus = you wont be cheating. ♥♥♥♥ Bill Gates, and his no Keyboards for consoles, show him who is the master of their own console.
Lastly, it is already in the programing as seen by the first workarounds desperate PC players found. It is one simple toggle from 0 to 1. Let the chips fall.

The issue here is that - on console, you have an option to turn off cross play, on PC you don’t. Why? Let’s be honest - $$$

Simple logic - cross play on? Remove aim assist on a controller

The game is catered towards consoles more than PC guys now. DICE knows console dudes will ragequit if PC guys dunk on them too hard so naturally they jack up their auto aim and dial down their recoil to where they have a significance advantage. Plus, you know, netcode issues.

the game is TRASHED since last update

PC does not have the same aim assist even when using the same controller on console or PC.....console so locks on to people....and im saying that with a Xbox in the house to see it on the same network, using the same controller and even monitor.....
