I just decided this was my last attempt playing BF6 until the Season 2 release. And, if they haven’t fixed the Team balance issue by then, I’ll stop playing all together and uninstall the game.
Why?
I’ve been playing from the very first day now and I keep ending on the losing side EVERY single match. It feels like I’m loosing at least 90% of all rounds. And not by a few tickets, but usually by 0-500 or more. And even if it looks like you are on the “doing the stomping side”, sometimes at 800-300 the match suddenly flips around and you lose the last 5 minutes by 0-150 anyway.
For context, I only play conquest and I’m a average player. Lvl 204 at the moment and my K/D is bad (it always is, it’s the same in BF1 and BF5), but I get my points from PTFO. Usually I’m top 5 on the scoreboard with 10 to 15 flags captured.
Playing like this is just no fun. You get backed in a single flag, or your spawn, most of the time and die many times trying to capture the other flags, which is the whole point of Conquest…
For me, BF6 feels the absolute worst in team balance of all the versions I played. Sure, there were “stomping or being stomped” rounds in BF1 and BF5, but never 10 rounds or more. Usually no more then one or two after each other. Also, if you were in a bad team, you could just leave and find another server.
So, farewell for now my BF companions. See you in Season 2 and after that, well, who knows.
