How come the gunplay in this game is so terrible? It feels like the weapons/bullets has 100-300ms. Every other FPS-action game can get the gunplay right, battlefield has had this issue for everrrrr. Or is it a character issue?
When ur standing 10-30m away from u guy, and u can basicly unload half your mag , only when that 15 bullet is shot, then the first hitmarkers starts to come.
And no, im not protecting COD in anyway. Even halflife 1/2 can get this better

Funny because I share that exactly same experience. It usually takes 15 rounds for me to kill a dude with an AR, SMG or LMG. Yet that has not ruined my fun because enemies gotta shoot that much bullets to get me too XD

Not exactly sure what you mean, because my bullets start hitting my opponent faster than you said.
Of course there is latency between the time you fire the bullet and it hits the target, because the bullet does not just teleport to the location. Maybe it's quite bit slower in these games if compared to real life, but if we compare real life into games like halflife or cs they aren't realistic either. In those games the bullet goes exactly where you aim and the contact is instant.

My guess that is you are using bad weapons, use meta guns and it will be ok

I don't experience the delay you're describing. Bullet time feels natural. Be sure to check the velocity.

This game has been having terrible issues lately with lag and stuttering. At times, I feel like they have nerfed the movement as I feel like the players speed and movement is in slow motion.
