EAC updates, they tend to slow down performance
Try reinstalling it using the provided EAC installation tools, found inside
steamapps\common\Battlefield 1\EAAntiCheat

Hey im having the same issue. If i stay on the game long enough it eventually black screen's forcing a complete computer restart. Also, the framerate seems oddly low, sometimes below 60 even when i could confortably run it at a stable 144 before. I have tried the EAC update which did not fix it. This is weird since last time i played the game, about 2 weeks ago, had none of these issues

Ok so turns out the latest nvidea drivers were at fault here, reverted to the june update and the game has been running smooth since
