I'm getting both this and bf5, do they have active playerbase?
Im not interested into single player aspect, just tell me if multiplayer is healthy.

BF1 = 9,731 Players Active rn. 2nd most played BF on Steam (right behind 6).
BFV = 8,056 Players Active rn.
For finding full servers in BF1, watch a guide for how to sort for max players, ping and region etc.
Or follow these steps:- Go to Advanced filters, choose region - Europe, then for slots, choose 1-5, this will give you servers like 64/60 or 64/61 etc. Then finally, click on the little arrow above ping, to get the the server with best ping possible.

BF 1 - 24/7 there are alot of community servers. Operations are also alive. Don't try to use the "Quick Search" button, it doesn't work.

Be sure to select the"none" option for free slots because most of the servers are gonna be full most of the time with the exception of off-hours. You will have to spend some time in queues, there's just no way around it.

btw you should play at least bf1 campaign. its an experience you wont regret.

Campaign is something I never do on the battlefield series, I like multiplayer a lot.
Also, anyone knows if the editor for avatar still works?
I've edited mine but I don'k know if it shows when I kill somebody cause im getting no feedback.
You know, the lil recap thing when you get killed with enemy name, avatar, weapon etc.

servers are always active and you will always find a conquest match in BF1 BFV and BF4

I don't buy the Steam Charts numbers. The game is nearly dead for about 12-16 hours a day on US servers. It's really only active late in the day. Due to my work schedule I play in the mornings on the west coast and it's often hard to find more than 1-2 servers active. I just played for a bit and there were under 150 players in North America.
I scrolled through the entire world and it looked like maybe 3k players were actually on a server playing. Steam Charts says nearly 10k, but I don't see any evidence of that. If you work a normal schedule and only play in the evenings it's much better, but a game with 10k players shouldn't feel dead.

I installed the game today and I can't find actual full servers through the browser. It says to be nearly full but when joining there isn't anyone.

Never mind. I joined Operations and people are playing there.

bf1 is very much alive and it peaked this year in march at 20k players online and today alone when i checked steam charts there were about 4-5k players at 13:20. in europe
