Like, how do I get into a server with enough people for a game to start?

Server browser.

Through the normal matchmaking it is not possible. Go to serverbrowser. On the right side you can then select diffrent filters. Select gamemode operations and how many players should be in Ur Match. If you Click on Advanced Setting you can also Filter for the Region where you have the best ping. gl hf

Look up the servers online. For some reason, a lot of private servers fake their player numbers so you have to check for legit servers.

Keep in mind that some servers fake their player count by being populated by bots.
You'll understand you are in one if the match starts and you don't see anyone moving.
