Go to gametracker for a server listing and use the connect command.
ET died in 2015 or so and you don't see servers consistently filled anymore, you'll have to just wait and keep checking. The best servers right now are Team Muppet and FA. Don't go for OF aka Old-Farts, they are really cringey and on a power trip and ban you for every little thing.
