I downloaded Wolf-Enemy Territory and it was supposed to be free?
Its supposedly installed and I got the green button to "play". Everytime I try it the PC flashes like its running a script but it never opens the game and I go back to the home page on Steam? Anyone know what the hell I am doing wrong?

CET after work.
It could be a few things
1. Select the game ---> Right Click Game ---> Select "Properties" ---> Select "Local files" ---> On the right hand side choose Verify game files
2. When that is done try again to launch. If it fails, edit the configuration file. eg
X:\Steam\steamapps\common\Wolfenstein Enemy Territory\etmain\profiles\yourname\etconfig.cfg
It usually means your resolution or video settings aren't set properly. Lots of people have posted about the exact settings to change for widescreen monitors.
