does anybody know how to fix framedrops and low fps? this game should run well on anything

I found the solution
create an autoexec.cfg and add these lines below to it then put in this address: c:/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Wolfenstein Enemy Territory/etmain
you may change the resolution by editing values in r_customwidth and r_customheight
you may change the maximum framerate by editing value in com_maxfps
