hi I'm getting very low fps in the game, normally I didn't have a fps problem in et legacy launcher, but I live in the steam version, is there a solution?

I am also getting low FPS for no discernable reason. This game should run on a potato.

Had the same problem. Go to console and type in:
/seta r_primitives 2
/vid_restart
Worked great for me after that.
