There is a game that I've been playing for 5 years now that is similar enough to ETQW and Joint Operations in some respects. It's called Squad. It doesn't get as specific in the different roles however it does require teamwork just in a different manner. The Medic in Squad is quite similar to the GDF Medic for sure. And the GDF Soldier with the shape charge is similar to the Squad Engineer. There is some overlap in roles.
