I've just reinstalled this game onto my new Win10 machine and the Play Online option is greyed out. PunkBuster A & B appear to be running, so I'm unsure what's going on. Can anyone else play ETQW online right now?

Logout from your ETQW online account, delete it, re-login.

btw Punkbuister you dont need it because all server are private.

I cant login either, or access my stats

I tried deletingall the user folders from documents and local and yeah it let me go in. I saw my stats and all. Then when I applied the video settings I wanted and I restart it comes back like that....offline. At least I know I wasnt ban by some mistake. I know it has to do with the game and the pc. Oh well.

You cannot be banned from entire game. Are you sure you have an online account created with license code? If that's the case but you cannot play online, follow these steps:
- Quit the game.
- Delete %USERPROFILE%\Documents\id Software\Enemy Territory - QUAKE Wars
- Delete %LOCALAPPDATA%\id Software\Enemy Territory - QUAKE Wars
- Launch the game
- Create User > Use an existing online account > Username, Password > Finish
- Change User > Log off? > Yes > Quit Game
- Relaunch the game
- Choose your online account > Select User > Play Online > Password, Save Password > Login
If you follow these steps precisely, you should be able to play the game online.

I was joking about the ban. I havent played the game in years. I'll try that gaain when I reinstall it cause I gave up on that. I deleted everything and every time it would work the first time but ones I put my video settings and restarted it went back to the problem.

It sounds like a Windows 10 issue. There's a fix for that. Add & PM me.

none of this works and Im not going to delete my old acount from online if that's what youre saying. I did delete my folder and everything you said and it did work for that time. But, on the next time I loaded the game it was all back to the problem. I'll just play it in single player
