I agree - this game is much better. I have a cracked copy which was supplied by my bro (who has ETQW on his acc) but that is ONLY BECAUSE THE GAME ISN'T ON THE STEAM STORE. Trust me, if the game was still on the steam store at a reasonable price ($20 or lower) I would definitely get it, but as it stands, no way. And besides, I'm only using it to play with him and local friends, so only local play here :P No need for the pesky CD keys ;D
It's alot like brink. The objective based gameplay I mean. You choose the objective that you want to achieve for your team (or just say you're doing this when you're not really, heh heh heh) and you do it. C'mon VALVe, put this game back on steam!

This game is better online-wise. IMO :P

ETQW is timeless, the visuals still crisp like those in modern games, but most of all it has what most games doesn't - Gameplay that is fun and challenging without end. Even though i own a lot COD games, i still find this game more entertaining then any other COD title.

I found it to be a way better game than COD, not only that but it also allowed the new comers to start on the same boat as the regulars. Everyone at the beginning of each area would start as a fresh player and earn abilities as they played. Everybody was balanced in such a way that it worked without making players feel like they werent accomplishing anything.

They should remake the game and launch it as redux edition. I can assure that alot of ppl will buy it. I f*ing loved the game when i was younger. ETQW never forget <3

I dont understand why they took it off, people are still playing the game

this game is far better than even battlefield games and I am a hardcore battlefield gamer. Been at it since BF1942, BF2, BF2142 and my last battlefield game was BC2. All this new crap they make is not a true battlefield. Anyway, ETQW is the best multiplayer I've ever played. Fast, large, forces you to play team, its just amazing.
