I swear there was a toggle to disable/enable the intro and an option that lets you toggle whether the germans speak english or german...am I incorrect or am I just not able to find it?

update I think I figured out the german voices...which honestly I didnt expect to find...but i kind of want to see the intro again...and not on youtube

You can re-enable the intro (and keep it that way unless you change it once more) by adding the line
seta com_introplayed "0"
to your autoexec.
