Something's blocking game to write cashe in your Documents directory. Run game with administrator rights or create rule to your firewall/antivirus.

Solved the issue and thanks for the help lads. For the other unfortunate souls suffering from this, gotta find every hunkusage.dat file in every rtcw folder, even the original rtcw. Hope this helps you lot
