Difficulty?

I dont know what happened, I played few levels from this mod few years back. No problem to play on 3rd difficulty as usual. Now Its quite hell since begginig. Is that cause I activated real balistic option?
Enemies seems to be even more agressive and agile than I remember. Just me suck or there were some serious changes in enemies AI?
