I haven't played in maybe a year but it is extremely unstable right now. Always thought the mod was fantastic but right now the CTD's are making it tough to enjoy.

If you could elaborate on those CTD's I can look into it. When does it happen? Also crashlog would be extremely helpful.

Crashes for no reason
1) Start the game
2) Open the console with SHIFT+ESC
3) Enter: "/developer 1" and "/logfile 2" commands
Game should now open in developer mode with logging to file enabled. This should print some more messages which could help identify the issue + saves them to file.
4)Try to reproduce the crash.
After crash a new file should appear inside "%userprofile%\Documents\RealRTCW\5.1\main" named "rtcwconsole.log".
5)Post crashlog somewhere (for example on
pastebin.com)
or send it to me personally so I could take a look.

Initially it was failures to start, I can't use the launcher and so I ended up using the direct exe to open the game. Other CTDs were during loading, I can try that method and get any logs that appear when I play it again.
Positive note, I had no crashed on my Steam Deck when playing there

Startup issues with launcher.exe might be related to Microsoft Visual 2019 Redist. I recommend you to reinstall it or install if you dont have it. Also what are your specs on PC?
