Do you think DICE will change their approach after seeing WARDOG success with slower gameplay?

DICE obsession with fast paced gameplay and player movement is killing our beloved franchise.

WARDOG beta success happened because slower paced play and using tactic instead run and gun

no, they are two different games lmao

Two completely genres of game, no idea why you'd think BF which has been fully released for a significant amount of time is about to reinvent the game because of Wardogs.

Movement isn’t even that fast. It’s fine. Wardogs is a different game with different mechanics. No reason for DICE to change anything because of it.

no, they see COD failing and wanna fill that void so they'll keep leaning into COD like shit to try and siphon that communities refugees...

They’re both great games, but battlefield is an arcade shooter and war dogs is taking the more grounded, tactical approach. I don’t think battlefield needs to adapt war dogs style because the franchise has never focused on slow gameplay and I don’t think it suddenly needs to.

because the franchise has never focused on slow gameplay
Battlefield 1942 is rolling in its grave

No, they’re entirely different genres. BF has literally never played anything close to how Wardogs plays.

This is like asking if DICE will balance their guns differently because of the new CS2 update.

I have 1k+ hours in bf6 . After playing wardogs, there was definitely some things bf6 could do to move the needle in that direction.

Examples: Minimum 5 second down time before being able to give up.

Continue to make the difference between guns and engagement ranges real. (#1 for me). Using a lmg with bipod in wardogs was an EXPERIENCE. I have hit 50 in all weapon and weapon categories and to be honest they MOSTLY play the same, just moving the optimal engagement range between 10 to 50m (where almost all engagements take place in most maps anyways) .

Improve logistics and vehicle transport: tsuru was a great start for making transport helis great again. More things to make those types of vehicles and team work matter.

These are just a few examples.
