Hey, same! I've been obsessively playing Quake for 2 years now. Currently getting my ass handed my to me in Dawn of the Machine lol.

i mean, there is still high level competition if that's what you're saying with this/ the 250fps event is going strong and lot of the recognizable tp players have been actively competing in them on Quake Live.

We need a quake game with a solid singel player aspect AND good multiplayer :)
