I just bought this game a few minutes ago, and when I try and launch it from Steam it gives me the following error;
"WolfSP.exe has stopped working" (with a gray background and a spinning mouse pointer)
This exact problem occurred to me when I purchased "Quake II" on Steam, and nothing online seems to fix it. Help?

Hey, just so you know, this sub is pretty barren. If you don't get some help here you may want to try over at /r/enemyterritory or /r/wolfenstein. /r/techsupport may even be a good option, those guys are super helpful.

Try running it in compatibility mode. Win xp sp3 should do.

Right click executable or shortcut to the executable, go to properties, select compatibility, set it to win xp sp3.

Don't forget to actually run the application after doing the above ;D

I've had it on Windows XP SP3, and no difference.
