title. Obviously, I'm aware my aim is more consistent with a looser grip but I find that some days I naturally have this looser but firm grip but other days it's really tight, even when I'm aware of it and try to loosen it's still pretty tense.

Anyone had this problem before, and if so, how did you deal with it

I also had this issue but I bought a superstrike so now I just literally cannot grip it or I’m always shooting. Just be conscious of it as best as you can, whenever you catch yourself make a note of it and try to have a more relaxed grip. A lighter mouse might help too, you won’t need to hold it so tightly to keep control.

what I have been doing is going into dm and focusing literally only on my body/hand tension. I would go into and out of every engagement re-loosening my hand and rest of the body. being a musician I know the results of this kinda practice are usually only noticeable much much much later, so maybe just stick to this kinda routine for a longer period of time and see if that changes anything.

you could also film yourself playing and really see "from an outside perspective" what you are doing in these situations. often times this kind of observation will make the process more conscious in the moment which will ultimately help you change this otherwise subconscious behavior.

What is your edpi? I used to death grip because mine was too high. Try lowering sensitivity too much first, then working up to something lower than what you use currently?

I love to watch cs2 pros with handcam clips on YouTube . Try to find of someone who has similar grip.

Try stretching your hand a bit between rounds. Shake it out, relax your fingers and wrist, then go again. Might help with the death grip.

Playing aimlabs really helped me. It's constant movement and your wrist will start to hurt if you don't control the grip strength.
