Hi, I reached faceit lvl 10 or 2000 elo yesterday, however i want to keep climbing and improving as a player as fast and as efficiently as possible. I learned lineups i know how to do solo execute on basically all of the maps and i also practice my aim on a regular basis and i dont struggle aimwise against other 2-2,3k elo opponents. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

i think the biggest gap at that range is less about mechanics and more about cleaning up decisions. a lot of 2k players can shoot but their utility usage is predictable, they peek the same angles every round, or they default to known timings without mixing it up. if you watch your demos, mark every round where you took a fight that didn't need to happen. it stacks up faster than you think.

one thing that helped me was playing retake servers with a focus on isolating duels. not just monkey swinging, but actively cutting off common routes with your util and forcing uneven trades. when everyone's aim is sharp, the guy who understands how to manufacture a 2v1 on a site wins most of the time.

try recording coms too if you don't already. half the rounds you lose in pugs are because nobody calls a clear plan for mid control or a default spread, and three people just wander toward the same fight.

As long as you can identify your own mistakes you can keep improving.

You’re already better than majority of the people here. I’d look to be playing in a competent 5 stack team where you can improve further as a team.

Play the game. Aim is good, but it's supplied greatly with decision making, positioning, timing, setup, etc. You are never killing that guy that peeks you when you're not looking because of timing or if you're flashed, smoked off and spammed, cheesy spots, boosting, etc. Play with your team, flash for them, have them flash for you, etc. My friend who is 25k doesn't even do aim training or all that jazz. Just plays the game, his aim isn't donk level, but its reliable and its usually his game sense that outshines all.

I'm 17k and I know one smoke lineup. You're doing fine.

Get a consistent schedule and dont overplay games and try to analyze mistakes after the game. Watch demos if you dont get what went wrong and dont forget sometimes doing the right thing can still go wrong cause someone whiffs or has a life round.
For a routine my advice is play at the same time and start with warmup then play 3-5 games and after that do actual aim practice. Dm with no sound on community servers is best imo. When you cant hear you have to sharpen other forms of gameplay like faster reaction time and proper crosshair placement also try to move a lot to train movement.
