what's your network setup like
I used to play a floor above my router & I had to use a wifi-extender (or my phone connected to my laptop via usb cable)

Xfinity diamond member. Router first floor. Pc is connected to wifi with full bars on the laptop. I reset the router multiple times.
I will try moving my laptop to the first floor thanks
