Valve will not shut down a game that makes them millions of dollars just because you ask them to make the game a better playable state for them to leave on autopilot. If they did, that would show the game that makes them way more money. Aka c s go that the items in their inventory are, in fact, just pixels. And then they will stop spending money

the game works, ever since they got rid of the bots the only thing we can really complain about is no balance updates but at this point there's no reason why we should expect balance updates

Nah there are some legitimate flaws like no team scrambles and unbalanced teams.

I think it's just what he said. If he said "TF2 makes 24$ million dollars yearly while copy pasting community content with very inconsistent quality control (incorrectly as often a map won't work, an unusual effect will be missing textures, casual just breaks, ect.) If they want to profit from a live service game, they should actually try to run a live service game and not just poorly copy paste bad community content".
