s4 was nuts - b4nny, arekk, jay, blaze, habib, skeez

these players were still in their prime during the first year or two of RGL 6s seasons

habib is arguably the greatest demo of all time but he was genuinely scary to fight during this period

I believe Froyotech's Rewind II roster could be one of the best.

B4nny himself said Boston and i52, so I'ma take his word for it

i52 and Rewind 2 are the obvious picks. For more "recently," either of the Localhost 2022 LAN rosters where they completely swept G6.

The roster when Froyo still had Blaze and Yomps unironically was their best form

Together with b4nny, shade, and habib, blaze and yomps formed the core of the "Golden Era" froyotech lineup. This roster achieved an unprecedented era of dominance in the competitive 6v6 scene

Rewind 2 roster

Here are some rosters I consider the best. If forced to choose, I would pick rank them in this order: Rewind 2, i69, i52, i63, S4 and S19.

Rewind 2 - arekk, b4nny, blaze, yomps, shade, habib

This team beat a loaded Se7en roster (AMS, thalash, drackk, kaptain, raymon, kaidus) twice 5-0, although permazilla did sub in for kaptain part way through. They then beat Ascent 5-3, 5-3, and 5-0 in the grand finals. That Ascent team went 1-1 with Se7en in the Group stage and won 2-0 in the Lower Bracket Final. You had best in class talent (at the time) on every role.

Insomnia 69 - arekk, b4nny, paddie, Jay, meyy, habib

This froyo roster beatthe wG.EU roster with ixy, toemas, silenties, papi, mulaa, and domo. They went 39-15 versus the wG team throughout the i69 stages, with a 2-0 upper-brack final and 3-1 grand final victories. The only small blemishes are paddie and meyy as there were better soldiers/meds (ignoring chemistry) at the time.

Insomnia 52 - clockwork, b4nny, blaze, lansky, shade, duwatna

The culmination of shades dream team. This team did lose to epsilon and immunity in group stages. However, froyo 2-0'd both teams in the playoffs. This team featured clockwork, who was head and shoulders above the rest of the scouts at the time. Every other froyo player was also best in-class and beat some incredible teams on route to the finals. Epsilon (killer4fun, basH, Tek, MikeyA WARHURYEAH, KnOxXx), Classic Mixup (squid, enigma, seagull, TLR, platinum, Harbleu), and Team Immunity (snowblind, sheep, aporia, yuki, termo, bonobo) were 2nd through 4th places.

Insomnia 63 - arekk, b4nny, garbuglio, yomps, cookiejake, habib

This is one of my favorite rosters (but certainly not the best). I just figured I'd mention it to give love to garbuglio and cookiejake. This team did lose once to Se7en in the group stages, but went undefeated until the Grand Final, where they claimed a 3-2 victory over Se7en. The Se7en roster for i63 was very stacked, with thalash, thaigrr, adysky, AMS, kaidus, and starkie all being best in class players.

Arguments could be made for S19 or S4 froyotech based on players, but these rosters wasn't around long enough to win a world LAN (and reclaim the title that EU won in the Fireside 2025 LAN for the S19 team). As such, it's strength is hard to estimate since they only competition is NA.
