Hey Guys!
Dusklander is an isometric survival game that I develop solo without any use of AI.
I recently reached a milestone where all basic survival mechanics are working together and I decided to showcase it in a single take, 20 minutes video with my commentary.
It was also selected by Steam to be part of PVE Survival Crafting Fest, which is still going on.
I don't want to bore you with a wall of text but here are a few highlights, why you could care about Dusklander if you enjoy survival games:
* Light is a survival resource which is used to stay alive in the darkness and to block enemy attacks - A unique take like in no other game I'm aware of.
* You learn to Weave resources that you discover and get familiar with. This way you can optimize the start of each run. This approach to meta-progression solves the frustrating cold-start problem that I encountered in many perma death games.
* You travel between Worlds through gates guarded by boss Sentinels. Each world features unique creatures, resources and threats that you need to learn to survive there.
* You play as a Goth girl voiced by an amazing actress
If this looks and sound interesting to you please add Dusklander to your wishlist and if you have any questions I'll be more than happy to answer them.
Thank you!
