Help with quiet players

Good day fine people

My problem is pretty obvious from the title and I've known this for a bit but we added a new player and recently had to move it all online, which certainly doesn't help.

So this group has 4 players, 2 guys and 2 girls

The two guys are more experienced and last session basically only one of them and I talked the whole session. Even with this player being separated from the group for a little bit.

I tried to get the others to talk a bit, I'm certainly not perfect.

Next session I already said that we're going to use cameras, I think that might help a bit

But how do you guys get quiet players to talk? One of them is a rogue and the other is playing a druid.

One suggestion I already got is doing a little flashback/background thing with each of them. Tho their background is rather scarce.
