I’ve always played as if the weapons are class locked, and mostly played breakthrough so rarely played as engineer. I recently put the MP5 on assault and was AMAZED. The precision is insane. You can beam people from way farther than an AR even tap firing. My kid with the MP5 is probably 0.5 higher than my highest AD. Is anybody else finding this?

I suck with smg’s. My go to has been any DMR. My kills went way up on this for whatever reason

Try the mp7 with hollow points it doesn’t move

I love playing games like battlefield and cod where SMGs for some god awful reason are absolutely cracked.

The MP5 is disgusting. The SCW10 is supposed to be the most powerful SMG, but the MP5 is very melty. Muzzle, 30rd fast, buffer, whatever grip, and iron sights is my choice. The grip and muzzle balance each other for points. The burst mode is great.

My best rounds are always with smgs they are fast firing and setup right almost 0 recoil

P90 is a 50 round laser with pinpoint hip fire and no recoil. genuinely busted viable

The sgx is great aswell if you like rushing and close combat.


I actually did and it’s literally insane. For 20dmg I was winning waaaaay too many gunfights. It’s insane to be able to win a gunfight with 12 damage per bullet at like 200m against an LMG

That mp7 blueprint with the ir scope is hilariously good, forgot what the blueprints is called... but it has no recoil. And the ir scope helps a lot in some situations

SMGs are really limited by low bullet velocity and extreme low damage long range. I myself would win more with ARs mid long range burst firing. Key is keep the bloom indicator small so that the enemy solider would fit entirely with the bloom indicator.

P90 is the better mp5 in every way. SCW for closer maps.

I think it’s just that every other guns’ bloom is strong enough to throw bullets off of the target. MP5 bloom just seems to still hit the dude
