Why does c4 need to be planted on someone's face to do lethal damage? why does a jeep or golf cart full of units hit by explosive rounds not do damage to the occupants?

then just remove all the explosives from the game because people were using them as intended instead of making them completely worthless and setting up false expectations of explosions

The intended explosive use is to just spam it blindly and hope you get something, what riveting gameplay.

But for real the explosives still have uses, they just can't be randomly thrown into a hallway and get a quadruple kill, you actually need a bit of effort if you want that kill.

C4 also has a smaller explosion radius while in flight so if you wait until it lands it will affect a bigger area, still haven't really had a problem using it for anti-infantry stuff too.

explosives are a delicate balance.... everyone will start runing rpg and grenade launchers like back in the day.

as much as i hate hitting someone ankles with an rpg and them walking away, i realy dont wanna see a mindless grenade spam that is gonna kill me behind 2 corners

because guns also don’t do damage. everything is tampered for controller toddlers. a ttk that has reach half a second just to get Aim Assist time to cheat. so explosive can’t do damage because theres no counter for it.

Im getting like 5 to 10 c4 kills a game just chucking them at ppl sitting in corners or hold up watching sightlines.

Most vehicle passengers, including open/unarmoured vehicles and even helicopters give their crew significant explosive damage reduction.

C4 has a small blast radius because you're able to throw it incredibly far. Please stop trying to use it as an airburst grenade you can spam 4 of each spawn. If you do, please don't complain that it doesn't work super well.

How about instead of reducing range they increase regeneration time?

youre getting killed by directly hitting them with c4, you could just as easily get kills by directly hitting them with a rock or your bullets
